Windows Vista Delay, Again?
The release of Microsoft Windows Vista is delayed again. I started hearing about Windows Vista 5 years ago. Why is it taking so long to release? According to Microsft, they want to come out with a “top quality” operating system, that’s why the there is a delay. I really want to see how the “top quality” is like:P
