Previously security.org.my has mentioned the potential websites that might get DoS attack during or before Malaysia General Election 2008. Since 30 minutes ago malaysiakini.com was down and not accessible, same to another election website that runs by Malaysiakini, undi.info.

So, who’s the kid that do the nasty stuff?

Global Transit ( sorry, website not available yet, cause we are fast growing company, please refer to AIMS website ) is proudly invited by Google to be part of Unity Consortium.

Unity consortium is a joint effort by Bharti Airtel, Global Transit, Google, KDDI Corporation, Pacnet and SingTel. It’s a new 10,000km cable system that provide connectivity between Chikura, Japan to Los Angeles and other West Coast network points.

Today, visited a website with flash and some how it just trash Firefox. I know this sounds like winbloze but starting Firefox in Safe Mode is a good way to troubleshoot. During the startup of Safe Mode, plungins, toolbars & controls, bookmarks, user preference and search engines can be disable. The command :

firefox -safemode

By default, Linux come with lspci command to print PCI hardware on the machine. On FreeBSD, you can install pciutils in order to list pci hardware and make some tweaking on PCI IRQ/slots.

Installing pciutils on FreeBSD

To install pciutils, change directory to the directory and make install;

shell> cd /usr/ports/sysutils/pciutils
shell> make install clean

I am looking for 56k Fax/Data external Dial Up modem, as in serial com port, not USB or PCI. Just happened to know that serial com modem is not available in the market anymore after hunting few shops in low yat 2 days ago.
